Setting up Outlook 2002

The guide below gives information on setting up Outlook 2002. If you need to setup an
e-mail account in Outlook 2002 first of all click Tools then E-mail Accounts.

Select Add a new e-mail account under the E-mail section, click Next.

Now select POP3 – Connect to a POP3 e-mail server to download your e-mail and click Next.

Enter your details in the boxes like the below example making sure you enter your own details for the following boxes:

Your Name
E-mail Address
Username (full email address)
Password (password you provided 2klikz with)

The incoming and outgoing mail servers are like the example

Incoming mail sever: mail.yourdomain.co.uk
Outgoing mail server: smtp.whatever.co.uk (ISP supplied)

Once all the correct details have been entered you can click Next.

Now click Finish.

Congratulations, you have now setup your email account and are ready to start using Outlook 2002.
